what material is it made of? and is it stretchy?

I am pretty sure that it is a cotton blend - like a tshirt fabric but it does have stretch in it. I cannot blow up the second picture enough to see the tag of the shirt with the device that I am on but there should be something of the material on the tag. Thanks for looking.
