My mini books have pages, not just a block of wood between the covers like many craft and miniatures stores sell. The pages are printed (however are illegible due to the tiny size).

Handmade paper (dyed purple by me!) covers the book and has a glittered binding with an eyelet and a silver jump ring so you can wear the book as a charm if you like!

I also added a "bookmark" made of dark blue, shiny glass beads that have an iridescent cast and I added a tiny silver-plated butterfly charm at it's end! Book measures approximately 1 inch by 1 inch. The book comes in a matchbox that I altered with paint, ribbon and a silk flower (shown above).
