Proof Franklin Half Dollars were minted from 1950 to 1963.

This includes each year of series except for 1948 and 1949, which occurred before the United States Mint resumed proof coin production.

All proof versions were minted at the Philadelphia Mint and do not carry a mint mark.

That link didn't work for me I was just giving you a heads up. I think if you want to get a good idea of what a coin will go for in the open market that ebay is a good way. Some of those sites give you a price but it isn't based on anything. Either way it is a nice looking coin that I wouldn't mind having.

p.s. some times being polite will get you more bids than asking for them.
