Mint hinged condition.
Questions & Comments
Polish stamps with Third Reich overprint were used until early 1940 when Nazi Generalgouvernement stamps were issued. These were issued in 1939 at the same time the Polish stamps were being used. They continued to be used until 1942 or 43 (I don't remember exactly), sometime after the Hindenburg stamp had been discontinued in Germany
