Does not include the memory card or any accessories other than the battery. What you see is what you get. It has not had a charge in a year or so. It worked perfectly then, but I cannot guarantee it still does- though- I can't see why it wouldn't. Camera has no damage and was used for a weekend vacation- the camera on my iPhone is more my style.
