BIG bag of approximately 100 natural stone beads, about 5mm. I believe these are moss agate, but they also could be jasper (which comes in many colors) or some other stone, I just can't remember ... but they are natural stone, with a lot of character in a soft mossy green color. This is a smallish size bead, Please see the closeup photo to see the detailed veining in these lovely stone beads!

It's a nice creative outlet, but so easy to go totally overboard on the beads. It would be a challenge to buy beads, actually USE THEM UP, and buy more when you need them! I think most beaders do more bead collecting than jewelry making!

Just bought all the stuff, looked things up on the internet. I might have bought a small book or two. If you have any bead stores nearby you can take classes, and there's lots of info on the net. I have some more findings I will be listing, which aren't as exciting as beads but you gotta have them to make jewelry -- the sort of thing that helps you spend lots of money, unless they are FREE on Listia!
