This is for a new Ziploc Vacuum Starter Kit. This should be showing up in supermarkets or will soon. The technology is better than the old style vacuum sealers because you take apart and clean the pump in the dishwasher after every use. Also Ziploc appears to be promising to make the bags available in the regular plastic bag section of the supermarket.

So the whole system is cleaner and cheaper then the old systems. Ours from Sears for instance quickly gummed up with juices sucked out of the meat portions. The manual pump is so much simpler too.

Pretty innovative with 4 out 5 stars from 34 reviewers at Amazon, which is pretty good. I haven't tried it myself yet.
