Yes, you need an acrylic block and some double sided sticky tape. You could also use the top of a wood mounted stamp and the double sided sticky tape. You can get acrylic blocks at Michael's or Hobby Lobby

I have never had to use double sided tape, normally it sticks to the block

Oh, ok. I use a lot of regular rubber unmounted and those do need the double sided tape. Thanks for letting me know!
