This is a Never-Worn, Only Tried On, TRUE ONE OF A KIND ORIGINAL DESIGNER HANDMADE DRESS!!
It Is GORGEOUS!! FITS AN X-SMALL-To-SMALL.
A young woman over 3 years ago? on Listia was Designing & Making Her Own Clothing & Listed a few pieces. I was fortunate To win this one, But to be honest, it is a bit short for me.
She was in Design School or College, but I have not seen her on Listia in at least 2 yrs:(

This Dress is one of her Few Originals she posted on Listia!! Her name is Brooke Burch,

It measures:
The top, across laying flat: 15" It would fit up to 16".
A bit further down at the Bust measures No More than 15.5" Max
Length is 25"

As you can see it is a Strapless Form Fitting "Hour Glass?!" Shape.

The Fabric & I am guessing by it's texture & look, is an Iridescent SILK, Aqua Green in color. It is a lovely fabric. The inside Top of the Dress, from top to a few or more inches under the bust is Lined in a darker green, softer fabric. ALL HAND STITCHED??!!!

Over much of the Silk, she Hand-Stitched in Turquoise Threads a Gorgeous Cream Tulle or Netting! Layers of which are Stitched Down, A Few Left partially Open or across an area. JUST AMAZING!
Especially at the Front, you can see where she "coiled" a piece then "rolled it" started at the Upper Left Chest & stitched the different widths some left loose to the Hem!!
You can see the stunning way she used the Tulle at the back.
Then the whimsical BROWN HEARTS Which appear Painted on the Fabric, But are in fact they Feel Like PATENT LEATHER! Brown but up Close there are Black Spots, like an small "Leopard" Pattern. Each is a different shape & style all Hand Stitched on!
It is a Lighter-weight Delicate Dress. Concealed Zipper at the Left Side, for ease of dressing.
An amazing Find!
