Hello, they are still up for auction, they are on for 5 more days. Concealed cash means sending cash in a card or something like that through the mail. It's not recommended but can be done. I'm not sure why it's not letting you bid higher, I have checked what I know how to do on here so far and can't find anything wrong. I'll see what else I can find out.
