This cactus came from California, I started it with one ear, it does not have the long stickers like all other cactus does. The flowers are more flat and 3 inch's a cross and is a liter green, It lives in Al. now and never dies down it winter

Would this plant do well as a container plant? I live in PA and i am not sure if it would survive our winter?
