Question does this have a dual zipper?

I was wondering cuz figured I could buy this put my iPod in it and have my earbuds plugged into iPod click the caribiner to my bra strap (if I don't have pockets in my shorts) so I wouldn't have to worry bout losing my iPod while I'm walking.
