its got a clib to carry then you sit it down horizonal to fill dish does not fall over when filled with water

Well its just to clip on the side of you when your walking the dog its not ment to stay up for long you squeeze bottle into the dish and that as much as it holds enough to fill dish from bottle it holds 15 oz of water
