Ms. Keto~~nice to see you again! The measurement is 15" but the material stretches & is meant to cling to your curves ;0) New York & Co, being a higher end brand, usually make their clothing pretty true to size.

The pkg. indicates a broad range between 5'2", & 130# to 5'11" & 165#. Obviously Height, Girth & the way it's all distributed also come into play. I hope that helps a bit ;0) & TY for visiting!
