This auction is for a 14K Gold Ring. Size 1 (3 months - 2 years "baby") Inside diameter is 12.5mm (0.50in) It has a light blue Sapphire on the top. The first and third picture are for reference next to a quarter. The last two pictures is next to a Dime. As you can see it is smaller than a Dime. This is NOT Gold plated. This is pure gold. It is in great condition. It has 14K stamped on the inside. Sorry for the bad pics, have to use my phones camera, looks nicer in person.
