All come in brand new unopened packages, directions included. I have used all of these brands besides the CosmoGirl and they have all stayed on and looked great for at least ten days! They are fun to use on one or two fingers and/or toes at a time and then paint the rest with a complimentary nail color ( plus this makes them last longer). Another personal trick that I use, is to put clear polish over them after applied to keep them looking nice and lasting so long
