GIN=Get It Now option, some people who want to sell faster or provide the option use a GIN on an auction in which they'll set a minimum credit amount on their auction if a buyer wants to outright win the auction. For example: A necklace with a 5 day listing could also have the option of a GIN for 10 000 credits - the GIN amount is chosen by the auction lister.

Honestly I am unsure. It supports a lot of formats however is not a Wi-Fi ereader, but if it can be dl via computer more than likely.
