Hi, I see that the piece of fabric measures 19.5 by 22.75, and I was wondering if the longer measurement is for the height - so that holding up the fabric with the ballerinas facing up and not sideways it measures 22.75 in height? Thanks!

Hi. The longer measurement is the width the shorter is the height.
