I got a 3rd one! This is an awesome, brand new without tags Thirty One backpack with a laptop compartment. The backpack also has other compartments and places to organize cards, 2 mesh pockets on the sides, and a place to attach your keys. Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Sorry about the pics being sideways, uploaded from my phone! (these are the same pics from my last auction, but it's an identical backpack)

Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to offer free shipping. The shipping is Priority mail with insurance and tracking.

I think a 13 inch would work well. Not sure about a 15 inch, definitely not a 17 inch.
