"A companion to "I Drink Your Blood"--Not really. Originally titled "voodoo Blood Bath" this film about a mad scientist creating radioactive monsters on a remote island was purchased 7 years after it was made and re-titled. No cannibalism. Run time:85 minutes

Scared to Death:
The legendary Bela Lugosi stars in this sub B horror film about a woman who narrates the story of her own death from the morgue. Of interest chiefly because it is one of two color films Lugosi appeared in. Scared to Death nonetheless features an excellent performance from its star, and laughable performances by the rest of the cast. Runtime:70 minutes

Got home a little bit sooner :) Our state fair is going on so I was down in the Twin Cities to go but it is just so hot that one day was enough this year lol miserable year for going! Thank you :) I personally am a HUGE fan of these types of horror movies. I think the suspense they created is far far more impressive compared to the gore and special effects used today. Not to say I don't enjoy a good zombie film now and again or science fiction thriller but good old suspense is what I love! The Tingler is one of my favorite movies I just wish I could find THAT on dvd! I have a copy of this particular dvd for myself and picked this one up because I love my copy so much I felt I had to share :)

The first time I watched it I was very little and my mom scared the daylights out of me. I was sitting on the floor and she snuck up behind me and tickled my back lol I about jumped through the roof! Excellent movie!
