this may be an answer to my prayers. I have a pit bull that wants to keep running out of the yard. Electronic fencing does not work with him. Do you think the whistle would? He is pretty resistant to anything, but he is a sweet dog.

The best thing to do is to blow the whistle then give a treat then repeat. At first give the reward for no reason. Then have him do something simple after blowing the whistle. within a couple of days he will come running after you blow the whistle. I recommend going to the 99cent store to buy a couple bags of treats.
