PLEASE READ!!! Once I ship and item I provide tracking & insurance and sometimes priority mail but it is out of my hands and if it says it delivered but you claim its hasn't been and I will NOT refund credits. I pay for tracking and insurance for this very reason and I document every item I ship. So if it says its delivered but you claim you haven't received it you need to contact your post office and file a claim that is NOT up to me. So once an item is sent out and you are provided with tracking and insurance it is out of my hands and I am not responsible for it. I do my best by paying for tracking and insurance which I can't really afford and that's all I can do I cannot control the USPS and I go by the tracking.
