Up-Date One of my neighbors said this is not a medical Bracelet..... I Live in a Navy Town There is three Bases around me and about 80 miles away is Air force and Army bases. Who ever originally owned this was in the Navy. This had something to do with his rank & position I'm going too move this listing too
