I was curious myself about that free bag exchange and since they haven't said anything else about it I checked it out myself. From what I was told you send them the bag, they evaluate it (authenticate etc), they send you a card for half the value of the bag, you use the card to get a new bag from them. Basically if they sy the current value of your bag is $10 they send you a card for $5 off one of the bags they are selling, I guess from there website (I forgot to ask that LOL)

What i was told was is for half the value of the bag you were sending in, then you use it towards the purchase of a new one. If it is half the price of a new one no matter the value of the one you send it that would great. I wish I could find someone who actually did it so I could find out exactly all the nitty gritty details.

It is half the price of that kind of bag...however you can use it on purchase of higher price bag ...that's how I get it..
