do they all fit in the lunch box?

The white bottle fits into the top and the soup bowl fits into the bottom with much room to spare. There's even room for one more of the water bottles plus a sandwich.
There are also 2 small zippered areas on the front of the box big enough for utensils, etc.

Are these items new? What size are the water bottles?

All the water bottles are brand new. The two purple bottles measure about 8 1/2" tall and hold 28 oz. They are BPA-free, made in USA by Garyline. The clear blue - made by Sportline, with strap and hook - is 8 1/2" and holds 18 oz. The white bottle, made by Melco and about 8", holds 18 oz. The soup bowl is made by aronson, holds 10.5 oz. and is like new. Lunch bag is also new or like new: no sign of use.
