Bought this along time ago to give as a gift (at a small gift store in California) and forgot about it. It is new. Inside mark is stamped: " HARE BRUSH TM." with a signature and a number or date?>

the inside part of the brush is wood....the carved rabbit is possibly plastic or hard resin? What is fur?

I believe they are natural bristles.( bristles are two colors]...and I'd guess medium.
