1. From within the NCAA Football 14 main menu, select the "Ultimate Team" tile in the top right
2. Select the "settings" tile in the bottom right
3. Select "Redeem Code" option in bottom right
4. After successfully entering the code you must download the offer
5. Once the offer is downloaded, you will receive a "Code Accepted" prompt
6. To claim your pack, go to Ultimate Team and navigate to "Collections and Team Management"
7. Select "Unopened Packs" tile in the bottom right and enjoy!
