Sorry, but very doubtful this was made in 1960:
The KC Chiefs were formed in 1960...However, from 1960-1962 they were based in Dallas, Texas and were known as the Dallas Texans...they relocated to KC in 1963 and took on the name Kansas City Chiefs...
