I know this is a mans ring but I will tell u it fits my size 9 ring finger as I do not have a conversion chart! if that helps any!

F&W I bet it is real silver or gold the mid eastern people use fine jewels and precious metals. My sister brought me back a pair of pure pure gold earrings and pure silver earrings they are gorgeous. That ring is also from what I can see. Too bad I put all my credits on a neither ring I want badly. Good luck to all :-)
