This is a WV necklace.
Was made by Sandol in China.
It says lead compliant on the bottoms.

The necklace is silver and blue with WV charm and beads with a diamond.It has a claw hook of a heart.
It can be worn at 18" up to 20" long with the adjuster.

Really cute set.....a must see.
