The listing, 18k Solid Gold Wedding Band Ring has ended.

18k yellow gold ring with a diamond pattern - this ring is so shiny in person, I had to photograph it in low light just to get the detailing to show up. Stamped inside with "750" meaning it is 18 karat gold & likely made in Italy or a nearby European country. There is also a jeweler's stamp that looks like it says "52 A" inside a shape, though it is hard to read. Ring is also engraved in a foreign language (no idea what it says), but any jeweler should be able to easily remove the engraving if you want. Approximately a size 7.5.

Correct, it is not plated, it is gold through & through. It looks like this was someone's actual wedding ring - I found it in the dirt near an expensive restaurant in a ritzy part of town. I tried to find the owners, look up the jeweler, place ads, etc, but it's been years with no response, so I thought someone on listia might like it.

It could probably be stretched slightly, but for anything else, you would have to check with your jeweler. I'm sure full resizing can be done, but it might mar the pattern on the back or you would need to ask your jeweler if they could art carve/emboss the changed portion so the pattern matches (more detailed work than regular resizing).

It's not rounded like some wedding bands, it's a flat band with the 3D design. Also, judging by the ring's current size, I would guess that a woman wore it.
