It has no color on them & website only gives the color tan. 5.5 Is the full size,i corrected what shouldn't have been there =)

that's strange, maybe you should contact the support team and see what they say.
it's located down at the bottom of any page go to support submit a ticket and let them know what the problem is. I hope that will help you out.

It is the same with responding to emails too & when i put something in the search box & hit search it just goes to browsing. When i am on other sites i have no problems at all,it is the strangest thing =/

if this is happening when you are not on listia, it could be your computer, maybe it needs to be cleaned out. if you have a security total protection, or any security, that might be your problem. if it is just happening on listia, than there is something wrong, and they need to check into it, as soon as you submit your ticket, you will receive a response back in your email, not here. letting you know they have received it and will give you a update . that is the only thing I can think if, either here or your computer needs to be cleaned out, might be full of junk.

one more thing, if you are doing any surveys STOP !!!!! some of them are not safe. I have had something like this happen to me and I know of others on here that have had problems when doing them. watching video is safe. cleaning out your computer might help.

I did some of them,but sites said safe & have major security because the computer came from my aunts law office. I clean out the computer once a week so i don't know why it singles out this site =/

ok then it's got to be on here, submit the ticket be sure you tell them every thing if you can remember the day and time you started having this problem it will help them move faster. I do hope they will help, if you do not get the help you need , submit another ticket until you do get your problem solved. let me know how things turn out . like to know what the problem was .
