The listing, Vintage Sewing Chair has ended.

Circa 1950's, with opening seat for storage underneath. Has some wear & discoloration; I have not attempted to clean it.

Can you tell me more about how it will ship? Does it break down? Boxed, or sent by freight? If by freight, how can you do it for $25? I LOVE THIS CHAIR! Want it!

Yes, the legs & back unscrew. I'd probably ship it w the legs inside the seat storage & wrap the back really good for protection.

Cool! Will the back fit inside the seat? Also, can you provide dimensions, seat and back height and width/depth of seat? I've never seen one of these before, it's totally unique!

It's 15" wide on 3 sides & 17" wide on the front side, the seat sits 17" from the floor, it's 25" from the floor to the top of the chair back. The back is small enough to fit in the seat, but not with all 4 legs, I'm thinking. The seat storage is only 3" deep. Does this help? Lmk if I can answer anymore questions or measure more. Thanks!

Sorry...I way overestimated the weight! It's about $19 unless I can get it in a lg flat rate box, but the dimensions of that appear too small.

It is vinyl. The back legs are ok; one is great, the other has more scuffs on it. If you were to restore it, you could sand them out & re-stain. The other 3 legs are good, just one with minor scuff.
