This is an 18 inch silk-screened on cotton canvas print of "Young Bucks Brawling" by Utilitiarianfranchise on Etsy.

I think that it's cooler than the other side of the pillow, but my wife keeps trying to throw it out the window.

It's a little dirty, but not too bad. Just collecting dust.

It's a flat print. Canvas stretched over a pine frame with wire between it to make a wall-hanging.
