I Liked this Guy a Lot. Tap him he says "Progress Report!" tap again and you get "Just Smile and wave boys"

Has just the tiniest bit of wear on one or two corners,,but since I don't have the others I'll find him a new home.

It has an on/off switch,,, I'm sure it uses a tiny watch battery,, but it has never needed one and still works perfect. I just played with him again,, works fine. He's funny.

My husband would like this. He loves the Penguin TV show on Disney...says it's the only good thing on the tube! LOL
