The listing, VINTAGE COLBALT GERMAN BEER STEIN DBGM has ended.

This Vintage German Beer stein mug is in excellent condition and measures just under 6". Stein is beautifully detailed and features a family of a father, mother and daughter, aso well as flowers on both sides. Has colbalt glazing and I am not sure if the lid is pewter or silver plated. Lid is marked, as well as the bottom of the stein. Please refer to pics. As you can see, this is such a wonderful piece, that is in beautiful condition!!

This belonged to my ex husbands great aunt and uncle. I ended up with many of their collectibles.

What a beautiful stein. I collect steins so I will have to keep a eye on this. My steins are very old. Older than I am actually. They were my dad's and he passed away this year. So, i'm definitely watching this

I justed to comment on the fact that is a very beautiful piece, and does look very authentic, which I would be it is.
My father gave me a set of he picked up in Germany over some years ago. they are in excellent shape, and very well protected. Have you ever had yours looked at or estimated??..would like to find other's with the same pattern.
I wished I could bid on this, but will look around if I find one from the set will let you know.
I believe you will be happy with the price it may have.
