Belonged to my Grandma. Still in Original Package. Has a Locket too I do not want to open and damage the Value of it so I tried to take a close up photo of the Locket best I could.

wow my sister and I both had one of these. I believe they were issued in the late seventies, early eighties.

No.3856 Also there is a list of the other things that were made that was sold separately and they are Annie Fashion Outfits, Annie Wig, Annie Locket (Which comes with This Doll as an extra Bonus) then there is Annie Rag Doll in 3 sizes and "Annie" Character Miniatures. Not Positive but I think the Locket is a Heart with Annie written on it not sure!
