FREE: 1/2" **~~Carbone rings~~** ???

The listing, 1/2" **~~Carbone rings~~** ??? has ended.

I'm not even sure what these are for but they were in with a lot of yarn, knitting needles and such.
I believe they are markers for knitting projects. If anyone knows for sure, I would appreciate a comment.
