government Motorola cell phone. carrier is verizon will come on as long as it is connected to the computer. I think the battery is dead. it will come with the usb cord. I don't have a charger. so you can still use it while its connected to the computer. unless you get a new battery. again I think the battery is dead, please read befor bidding! and I will ship this out as soon as the auction is over. and I will respond al thru the auction and even after up until you receive this phone! I hate being mistreaded so I wont mistreat any one! happy bidding.. :) oh and thire is also a camera on the front of the phone! :)
