This carrier is adjustable for big or smaller adults. I am full figured and wear a size Xl and it worked great for me. My husband is bigger and wears a 2XL and worked for hin as well. ;-)Not faded..color is black. Definitely a must have for a baby.
I noticed that its cushiony for the baby and comfortable for me when I wore it.
