Someone mentioned that it was from Dollar Tree, so I assume that is where it came from, because I do shop there on occasion...I just want everyone to know, before bidding.

I have used a pair before, when that happened to a pair that I had and they worked just fine for me. (not this pair of course, because they haven't been opened)

I buy my headphones for my kids from dollar tree they work fine and they only cost a dollar so if they break it was just a dollar. they work fine on phns too.
