No such thing as Emerald Diobside- There are Emeralds and there are Chrome Diopsides. Two different stones and two different colors of green. The color is that of Chrome Diopside, which is not a cheap stone.

Sorry--I am representing it here as it was represented to me. Perhaps the jewelery designer meant to say that it is an emerald-colored chrome diopside? Or a diopside-colored quartz gemstone? Not sure. In any case, thanks for the heads up--nice to learn something new!
