This use to have a magnifying glass it was used as a necklace so the wearer while working could have it quickly available. I do not remember what happened to glass, it may have broke. it has only a small chain on it.. A crafty person could put a pretty stone or a neither magnifier on itMeasures 2 and 1/2
Metal seems to be pewter and brass. Stamped Metzke 1987
