It is local pick up. I just started doing this so I'm still trying to figure it out. If it needs to be shipped I'd have to figure it out.

U can get a flat rate shipping envelope from the post office for 5.80. The towels will fit in it

Depends on the seller, some sellers have free shipping, so you pay nothing, some will have you cover the shipping cost, but other than that you will only use credits, it is free

you can also sign up for a free paypal account and transfer shipping cost thru that. you can pay shipping on items you buy and collect shipping cost from your sellers
