It means just that......prior winner told me that is was returned to me, but it was not send it back properly. He just wrote "return to sender" on the envelope that was already open, as farest I know USPS wont accept that.
Unfortunately in a good faith i returned the points to the buyer and now i opened a claim with listia.......

if you have the item in your hands let ppl bid all you have to do is give origonal buyer back his credits or dispute the claim if he did not respond in ten day keep his credits

As I explained to you theitem never got back to my hands by the buyer, In a good faith already returned the points. A cse is open with listia.
