This is made by Cherokee and the size on the tag states S-M/P-M. The elastic waistband is 8.5" and when extended it's 14". From the waistband to the bottom is roughly 11". The layers have extra ruffles at the bottom for extra bounce. This is in excellent condition, and this is from a smoke, pet free home. I turned it inside out so you can see the lining. It's 100% polyester. These pictures were taken outside in the sun where it appears pink, but indoors it's more of a magenta color. As with a lot of things, different lighting makes it look a different shade. Regardless, this is absolutely adorable! Don't miss this one!
