Description

The listing, Copper Bullion .999 Fine has ended.

This auction is for the Pictured Copper Bullion.

You get 2 of the One AVDP Ounce .999 Fine Copper Eagle Head Rounds (39mm), 1 of the Half AVDP Ounce .999 Fine Copper Sitting Bull Round (28mm), and a Five Gram .999 Fine Copper Buffalo Bar (29mm x 14mm).

These are not "mint" condition and do have some wear on them ... please see pictures for better details. Nothing real major, but these were in baggies and not air tites, so there is some small scratches here and there ...but still a great addition to your barter bag, or emergency bullion stash!

*Note: An AVDP Ounce is about 28.3 grams(AVDP is the same weight you would use when buying produce at the grocery store) as compared to a Troy Ounce (where as most precious and semi precious metals are weighed) is about 31.1 grams. From what I have seen, most of the semi precious metals (copper, Aluminum, etc.) are weighed using AVDP standard, while the more precious (Gold, Silver, etc.) are weighed with the Troy Ounce standard. I am not sure if that is all the time ... but from my experience that is what I have been seeing. Hope to help some understand a little more. Feel free to correct any statements here in the comments/questions section and it will be appreciated. I just try to make my auctions as clear and honest as possible with as much information as I can to help people understand exactly what they are bidding on.

These are weighed by the AVDP ounce since most semi precious metals are usually traded by the pound, and an AVDP ounce divides evenly into the pound. The precious metals are almost never traded by the pound but the troy ounce. Hope that helps to clarify things a little further!
