@robdotzler- it's actually 3 lanes on each side with a single and double turning lane for the respective sides. if you google map the intersections around okeechobee blvd (palm beach, county) you'll see that they are much worse. the only places i've seen in florida that are worse regarding traffic are miami and tampa.

There was no Guitar Center in Boynton ever there is a Guitar Center in West Palm Beach and they are not closed

I just read a story about a 2 year old that walked through that 9 lane intersection in Boyton Beach JJC561, at North Congress and West Gateway. Mom got herself arrested for felony neglect. I'm sure it's well deserved, but thankfully the child made it to the other side safely. 9 lanes, really? Gonna have to google earth that. The article said you have around 60K living there, why the crazy intersection?
