I bought this and took the tags off and washed then hung it up in my closet and its been there ever since!! so this is almost new!! very cute and nice ankle long sundress or bathing suit cover up, this does tie around the neck and it has beautiful beading at the top, PLEASE SEE ALL PICS FOR DETAILS!
