I found these metal detecting. Per my internet research this is what I found. The blue car is circa mid 1950's. It is of a 1939 Mercedes 540k. The purple car is from the 1960's. It is an El-Camino. As you can see from the photos it is now a convertible. But it still retains the hitch on the back. These broke off most of the time. Both vehicles have the rubber/plasticized rubber tires. They both DO NOT turn. They have been in the ground a long time as you can see. I washed with warm water and that is all. Still some dirt in there...lol. Some of these list for around $10 on various sites on the internet. I know nothing about them other than what I have said here. Just a neat little collectible for the toy/car enthusiast.
